On July 5, 2017, the “It’s Not Over” Healthcare Rally was held in downtown Eugene, Oregon, at the Wayne L. Morse Federal Courthouse, to protest the GOP’s “Better Care Reconciliation Act of 2017” (BRCA). The event featured speeches by Oregon’s two U.S. Senators (Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley), Congressman Peter DeFazio, and a pre-rally “die-in.”
